My birthday is coming up and as much as I love putting together parties, I also enjoy having a chilled morning off. I decided to share my top brunch spots around The Bay, because this is exactly what I plan on doing for my birthday – chill & brunch!
Portmanteau: is a combination of two things…
The best of both worlds.
Heaven in two places.
A combination of late morning to early afternoon, generally served from 10AM up to 2PM, and regularly has some form of alcoholic drink (most usually champagne or a cocktail) served with it…
Definitely sounds like a grand idea for a birthday celebrations with my girlfriends!
You fancy brunch or are you more of a din-dins kinda girl?
The spots below are colourful, fab and each has had great service when I have popped around. The Baakens Bistro is cosy and perfect for a Saturday morning outside in the sun. Savages will leave you relaxed with it’s glorious garden views to compliment your morning tea. Bocadillos is something else, my 30th birthday celebration was most special with their gorgeous breakfast menu and champers. They have an amazing breakfast pizza on their menu that won’t break your pocket. I also love South End BLVD Cafe, it’s small but has so much character.
Where are your fave spots for brunching around the Bay?
